What is Vistroem Studio?
Vistroem Studio is a professional, in-house video studio for your company. It enables live streaming and video recording in brilliant Full HD quality. The entire set is designed with TV aesthetics in mind, and the multifunctional counter allows multiple actors to use it simultaneously. Your audience will be thrilled by the numerous camera angles and exciting TV studio features.
Our simple, intuitive operating concept allows you to use the studio with or without an operator or via remote control. The studio is compatible with all common video conferencing tools, such as Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Jitsi, as well as platforms like YouTube and Vimeo.
Your live streaming studio includes complete streaming equipment: It includes hardware such as cameras, microphones, lighting, LCD screens, and control technology, as well as software and equipment such as counters, trusses, and green screens.
The studio is always available on site. You provide the room; we’ll take care of the rest. With the Vistroem Studio, you can elevate your presentations, training courses, employee communications, and online events.

Net4tec Innovation Day, Munich
Innovation Day took place online for the first time in 2020. Various speakers were connected via Microsoft Teams in a video conference. The contribution by Ludger Elfgen, managing director at Büro elfgenpick, was broadcast from the Vistroem Studio. The surprising insertion of 3D elements provided the perfect backdrop for the exciting topic of “New Work. New Leaders.”
The Net4tec organization promotes diversity in business. It encourages women to take on leadership roles. Conversely, companies should open themselves up to the diversity of talent that has been underrepresented in management positions to date. In addition to women, this also includes applicants with different cultural backgrounds or biographies.

DJHT Digital Trade Fair, Bonn
The German Child and Youth Welfare Day is the central event for child and youth welfare in Germany. It serves as a training opportunity and a forum for professional exchange. In 2021, it must take place entirely digitally. This makes it all the more important that the online events are presented in an attractive and professional manner. The exhibitor JUGEND für Europa commissioned VISTROEM Systems to develop the live streaming. “We will be broadcasting live for two days from our VISTROEM studio in Bonn. It was important to us that the operation was completely intuitive. We also needed a customized solution for incoming questions, which are only visible to everyone after they have been approved by an administrator,” says Frank Peil, who is responsible for public relations. “VISTROEM Systems developed the perfect solution for us.”

Villeroy & Boch, Mettlach
German ceramics manufacturer Villeroy & Boch chose Vistroem for its spring presentation of new products. “The wide range of possible applications, the surprising 3D hologram effects, the ease of use, and the attractive price convinced us,” say employees from the marketing department. The live streaming event, which was partly filled with recorded clips from the Vistroem studio, was watched by around 1,000 people. “We have never received so much positive feedback from our employees in German-speaking sales regions,” reports the head of marketing.

Yes, you can rent our studio. Our test studio is located in Augsburg and is regularly rented out for events. The room is approximately 20 square meters in size, and the rental studio itself offers all of the live streaming features described above. However, our long-term rental offer is also very interesting. Here, we sign a contract for three to four years and permanently install all of the studio technology in your company at a low monthly rental cost.
Many of our customers have attempted to build their own studio and were dissatisfied with the results. Why? The art of building a live streaming studio lies in choosing the perfect combination of high-quality components for lighting, video, sound, and set design, combining them with professional control technology, and providing innovative features. Installing a good studio is a complex task that requires investment in testing a wide variety of hardware components and developing the necessary software. You can save yourself this financial and time investment by purchasing our studio and immediately get the quality you want.
Vistroem GmbH is an independent company based in Augsburg. Vistroem is a made-up word phonetically based on “we stream.” In Icelandic, vistroem means “school of fish.”
You can buy or rent the Vistroem Studio. The studio is optimized to meet your requirements and delivered, set up, configured, and explained at a fixed price. Thanks to its smart technology, it is significantly cheaper than conventional studios. You can also take advantage of attractive depreciation and subsidy options. For events with more extensive requirements, e.g., involving an audience, we provide suitable components.
No operator is required for the Vistroem Studio. However, for larger events, it is recommended to have an operator available remotely. This can, of course, be one of your own trained technicians.
Of course—and support too! When you first set up, VISTROEM employees are usually on site with you. Here you will receive a brief introduction. On request, we can also provide you with on-site operator support during your live event. Afterwards, we offer remote support.
Yes! You are welcome to visit our Vistroem rental studio or take advantage of a free live demonstration via video conference.
It is best to use an existing LAN connection that is not blocked by a firewall. If you do not have internet access, you can stream at speeds of up to 5G using a Speedbox. The Speedbox can be set up a few meters away from the studio. It is then connected via a LAN cable. Wi-Fi is also possible. However, in our experience, this often does not provide the necessary stability.
With your Vistroem Studio, you receive a complete live streaming setup. The package includes streaming hardware, software, and set equipment: the LED green screen, the multifunctional counter, 8 LED panels, 4 4K cameras, trusses for lighting and video technology, a high-performance computer, control software for video and audio technology, a holodesk (for 3D animations), software for remote access, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for short-term power outages, and a digital event design kit for countdowns, title and name displays. In addition, you will of course receive delivery, setup, and training on how to use the studio. Afterwards, you can get started right away with our live streaming system.
The technical equipment and size of the set are designed so that up to four actors can move and speak behind the counter at the same time, maintaining a comfortable distance between them.
Even after you have purchased and set up Vistroem, we are still there for you. We offer numerous services related to our studio. From technical support, remote operating, and digital design of your event to customization of your solution, you are always in good hands with us. Our 3D artists prepare your 3D data from any source format for stunning real-time presentations on the studio’s Holodesk.
We start planning immediately after you place your order. You send us a floor plan of your room with existing power and network connections. We will send you the installation plan within a few days.
Some components, such as the counter and green screen, will be manufactured immediately after the installation plan has been approved. This allows for minor adjustments to be made to the width and height. All other components are already in stock or will be ordered for you immediately after you place your order. The studio will be set up and installed at your premises just two to three months after you place your order. Installation takes one day. This is followed by training for you and your staff.
Our studio offers a whole range of advantages. First of all, you benefit from the constant availability of the studio in your company. The studio takes your events or contributions to a new level of quality. Your customers, partners, and employees will perceive you as an innovative personality or a professional company. If you wish, you can operate the studio yourself, which is particularly advantageous in times of COVID-19. However, you can also get support from an operator, who can also work remotely.
