Yes, you can rent our studio. Our test studio is located in Augsburg and is regularly rented out for events. The room is approximately 20 square meters in size, and the rental studio itself offers all of the live streaming features described above. However, our long-term rental offer is also very interesting. Here, we sign a contract for three to four years and permanently install all of the studio technology in your company at a low monthly rental cost.

You can buy or rent the Vistroem Studio. The studio is optimized to meet your requirements and delivered, set up, configured, and explained at a fixed price. Thanks to its smart technology, it is significantly cheaper than conventional studios. You can also take advantage of attractive depreciation and subsidy options. For events with more extensive requirements, e.g., involving an audience, we provide suitable components.

No operator is required for the Vistroem Studio. However, for larger events, it is recommended to have an operator available remotely. This can, of course, be one of your own trained technicians.

Of course—and support too! When you first set up, VISTROEM employees are usually on site with you. Here you will receive a brief introduction. On request, we can also provide you with on-site operator support during your live event. Afterwards, we offer remote support.

Yes! You are welcome to visit our Vistroem rental studio or take advantage of a free live demonstration via video conference.

It is best to use an existing LAN connection that is not blocked by a firewall. If you do not have internet access, you can stream at speeds of up to 5G using a Speedbox. The Speedbox can be set up a few meters away from the studio. It is then connected via a LAN cable. Wi-Fi is also possible. However, in our experience, this often does not provide the necessary stability.

With your Vistroem Studio, you receive a complete live streaming setup. The package includes streaming hardware, software, and set equipment: the LED green screen, the multifunctional counter, 8 LED panels, 4 4K cameras, trusses for lighting and video technology, a high-performance computer, control software for video and audio technology, a holodesk (for 3D animations), software for remote access, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for short-term power outages, and a digital event design kit for countdowns, title and name displays. In addition, you will of course receive delivery, setup, and training on how to use the studio. Afterwards, you can get started right away with our live streaming system.

The technical equipment and size of the set are designed so that up to four actors can move and speak behind the counter at the same time, maintaining a comfortable distance between them.

Even after you have purchased and set up Vistroem, we are still there for you. We offer numerous services related to our studio. From technical support, remote operating, and digital design of your event to customization of your solution, you are always in good hands with us. Our 3D artists prepare your 3D data from any source format for stunning real-time presentations on the studio’s Holodesk.

We start planning immediately after you place your order. You send us a floor plan of your room with existing power and network connections. We will send you the installation plan within a few days.

Some components, such as the counter and green screen, will be manufactured immediately after the installation plan has been approved. This allows for minor adjustments to be made to the width and height. All other components are already in stock or will be ordered for you immediately after you place your order. The studio will be set up and installed at your premises just two to three months after you place your order. Installation takes one day. This is followed by training for you and your staff.

Our studio offers a whole range of advantages. First of all, you benefit from the constant availability of the studio in your company. The studio is compatible with all common video conferencing tools and video platforms such as Teams, Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Jitsi, BigBlueButton, GoToMeeting, YouTube, Vimeo, etc. The studio can be easily integrated into the conference as a participant.

Our live streaming technology consists exclusively of high-quality brand-name components for video, sound, lighting, and control technology. The usual warranty provisions apply.
